Andie will always be committed to being punctual for every service, maintaining a healthy and being completely professional.

In the unlikely event that Andie is unable to carry out the booked services, a refund will be issued for any payments made.

Final payments of the remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before the wedding day. All payments should be made via bank transfer, please do let Andie know as soon as possible if there are any problems with the transfer of payment. Failure of payment could result in cancellation of the booking.

Andie understands that cancellations can happen due to unforeseen circumstances and will be accommodating as possible.

Weddings -

If the client initiates the cancellation less than 1 month of the wedding date 100% of the remaining rate will have to be paid. Anything before 1 month from the wedding date only the booking fee and trial payment will be lost and non refundable.

Event Makeup -

Booking fees are non refundable and if the client initiates the cancellation after the 48 hour notice period, 100% of the remaining rate will be charged.

Following the schedule for the party is mandatory for the services to go ahead. If there is any lateness due to the party members Andie has the right to remove or reduce any services that can not be carried out in the time frame specified.
